I started dancing on September 1, 1972.

 

I have been Champion of Hamburg and North of Germany in Modern, Latin and Ten Dance, several times.

 

Two times German Youth Champion in Modern (1984, 1985)

 

Second in European and World Youth Championship in Modern (1986)

 

Finalist in Blackpool, under 21 Modern (1986, 1987)

 

German Champion in “A” Class (1987)

 

Finalist in European Grand Prix Latin in Sweden (1988)

 

In 1988, I stopped my dance career on the reason of the car accident of my partner.

 

In 1990, I obtained the Trainer C degree.

 

In 1991, I obtained the Trainer B degree.

 

In 1992, I obtained the Professional Licentiate in Belgium.

 

Since 1992, I am trainer in the area of Barcelona.

 

As trainer, I obtained more than 60 Spanish Champions. Also semi and finalists in World German Open, Italian Open, etc

Also World Champions in Senior Latin, five times.

 

IDSF Licensed Adjudicator and IDSF Licensed Chairman.

 

Since 2006, I am General Secretary of the IDSF.
